Pilates as a Somatic Practice: A Mindful Movement Workshop
Pilates is often seen as a method for strength and mobility, but at its core, it is a deeply somatic practice—a way of attuning to the body, cultivating awareness, and moving with intention. This workshop will guide participants beyond form and into felt experience, using breath, imagery, and sensation to enhance embodiment.
We’ll explore how Pilates can be a tool for nervous system regulation, emotional integration, and deep self-connection. At the same time, this approach supports core strength, improves posture, enhances mobility, and builds a more resilient, responsive body—inside and out.
Kombucha provided by Remedy, with more partners to be announced.

Embrace the Present: A Yin Yoga Evening with Live Music
Terry and Mattie invite you to an evening of Yin and Live Music to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and fully embrace the present moment.
Held on the first day of winter, this practice honours the season of stillness and reflection. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, winter is connected to the Water element, which governs the kidneys and bladder—the organs and meridians linked to rest, restoration, and deep inner listening.
Terry will guide you through an intuitive Yin flow that gently opens the body and soothes the mind. Each shape invites stillness and introspection, helping you release tension and reconnect with your inner world.
As you settle into this meditative space, Mattie will weave soft, soulful melodies to elevate your experience. Together, their synergy offers a sensory journey—one that nurtures both body and spirit.
This isn’t just a Yin class—it’s an invitation to pause, soften, and tune in. To let go of doing, and simply arrive in being.
Don’t miss this special evening. 🌙✨

10hr Meditation Training: Revealing Unconscious Patterns & Transforming Perception Utilising Katonah Yoga With Rose Lamont.
Revealing Unconscious Patterns & Transforming Perception Through the Three Natures of Katonah Yoga With Rose Lamont
The Three Natures is a 10-hour certified Katonah Yoga training designed and taught by Rose. This live online course dives into personal, communal, and universal nature — guiding students through theory, metaphor, and embodied practice
DESCRIPTION:
A practical and immersive meditation training designed to refine perception, shift unconscious patterns, and cultivate a broader and deeper sense of self through the integration of Katonah Yoga’s Three Natures and the metaphor of center and circumference.
Meditation as Transformation
This training explores meditation as a structured tool for self-evolution, moving beyond habitual thought patterns into an embodied, expansive awareness. Through kriyas, pranayama, visualization, and guided meditation, we will navigate the evolution of mind from gross to subtle—aligning the personal (First Nature), the cultivated (Second Nature), and the universal (Third Nature).
Using Katonah Yoga’s lens, we will explore how center and circumference serve as a map for the self, unravelling personal patterns and universal wisdom to develop a meditation practice that is both functional and transformative.
What We’ll Explore Through Meditation:
Karma & Unconscious Conditioning
Techniques to recognize and unravel habitual patterns, moving beyond cyclical behaviors that shape perception and limit free will.
Consciousness & Perception
Refining awareness through structured pranayama and visualization to reorient the mind, offering new perspectives and possibilities.
Katonah’s Maps and Metaphors
Using metaphor, archetype, and structure, we will integrate First Nature, Second Nature, and Third Nature into a cohesive practice.
A Practice-Based Training:
This training is designed for those looking to deepen and refine their meditation practice—whether you’re an experienced practitioner or new to Katonah Yoga.
We will explore:
First Nature Meditation – Building awareness of conditioning, samskaras, and inherited patterns that shape identity and perception.
Second Nature Meditation – Actively reorienting the mind through structured techniques to reshape perception, refine attention, and move beyond surface-level thought.
Third Nature Meditation – Expanding consciousness beyond personal narratives, integrating universal wisdom traditions to dissolve limiting constructs.
Through guided meditation, pranayama, and discussion, you will leave with practical tools to integrate this work into your daily practice—turning meditation from a passive act into an active evolution of self
What You’ll Learn:
Over three days, participants will explore the concept of the Three Natures — how we locate ourselves personally, how we relate communally, and how we connect universally. Expect:
• Practical Katonah Yoga tools you can apply immediately
• A deeper understanding of self through mapping and metaphor
• Insight into the structure and rhythm that support transformationWhether you’re a teacher or a dedicated student, this training offers a chance to deepen your practice and understanding — all from the comfort of your own home.

Yin & Sound immersion - A Gentle Transition into Autumn
Settle into the stillness of Yin Yoga while immersing yourself into the soothing sounds of Crystal Singing Bowls and embrace the energy of Autumn; the season for slowing down. With the days getting shorter and the nights getting longer Autumn invites us into a more ‘Yin’ state of being; a place that is still, quiet and contemplative.
During this 90 minute experience you’ll be gently guided through grounding pranayama (breathwork) practices designed to down regulation the nervous system, while settling into a series of restorative Yin postures that welcome a sense of surrender and letting go. As the trees shed their leaves in Autumn to preserve their energy, we too are asked to contemplate areas in our lives where we can shed the things that no longer serve us, taking care of our energy as we head towards Winter.
With the soothing sounds and resonance of the Crystal Singing Bowls you will be transported you into a deep state of rest that allows you to embrace the act of slowing down, while softening into stillness and feeling more connected to your internal being.
