Need to balance your body heading into the warmer months? Join the transition into summer yin yoga workshop with Kali. Sink into two hours of yin yoga and a nourishing sound healing in savasana. Kali will draw on the wisdom of Chinese medicine, working with yin yoga poses corresponding to the Wood and Fire elements. We will open up through the hips, chest, shoulders neck and arms, moving into the summer months calm, relaxed and lighter.
