Immerse yourself in an experience of deep rest, nurturing touch, gentle breathwork and meditation. Join us for a two-hour yin yoga and massage immersion. Settle into deeply supportive yin and restorative yoga postures while receiving massage and assisted stretches from a team of trained therapists. The session will provide a well rounded experience of the subtleties of a gentle practice, with pranayama and meditation integrated throughout. With lots of support from props and attentive care from the YOMA team, any body can do this immersive practice. Alli and Hannah both share a love and deep appreciation of yoga and massage, so combining the two sounded like heaven. Alli is a qualified remedial massage therapist and yoga teacher, and Hannah is a yoga teacher, singer/songwriter and student of psychology. They have found a meeting place between these two modalities that has so far proven to be a beautiful, restful and nourishing experience for all.
