classes

  • We offer a diverse range of classes, including Yoga (Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Yin, Restorative), Pilates (Mat &Reformer), and Barre. Each class is designed to cater to various fitness levels and goals.

  • Classes can be booked through our website or mobile app. Simply create an account, select your desired class, and reserve your spot.

  • Participants must be at least 16 years old. Those under 18 require parental consent.

  • Yes but please inform your instructor of any medical conditions so they can provide appropriate modifications.

  • We recommend arriving 5-15 minutes before class to sign in and set up and feel prepared for your class.

  • Item description
  • Yes, we provide mats and props for Yoga, as well as equipment for Pilates classes. You’re welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.

  • Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows you to move freely. For Reformer Pilates, grip socks (or socks) are required for safety.

studio facilities

  • We don’t havhowever all of our studios do have bathroom facilities (or access to a bathroom) which can be used for changing.

  • Yes, all of our studios are equipped with air conditioning to ensure a comfortable environment for your practice.

  • Palm Beach: Street parking is available nearby. Please respect local parking rules.

    Robina: Parking is available at the Easy T Centre.

    Mermaid Beach: Small number of customer parking spaces and also on street parking is available around the studio.

  • Participants must be at least 16 years old. Those under 18 require parental consent.

  • We provide open storage areas within the studio for your belongings, but we recommend leaving any valuables at home, in your car or taking them into the studio room with you (phones must be on silent).

memberships

  • You can cancel your membership at any time by providing 3 weeks notice. No cancellation fees apply.

  • No, our memberships are flexible and do not require a long-term contract. You can upgrade at any time and downgrade, or cancel with 3 weeks notice.

  • The expiry on your class pack depends on which class you bought. Please see our pricing page to find the validity period. You can also extend your class pack for a small fee - just contact us.

  • Yes, depending on the membership you bought, you can pause your membership. Please contact us in advance to arrange this.

  • We understand life gets busy! If you need to cancel a class, please do so at least 12 hours in advance to avoid losing your session or being charged a late cancellation fee.

  • Class Packs are non-transferable and intended for individual use only.

  • Yes, some membership tiers include Reformer Pilates classes. Check our pricing page for details on what's included in each plan.

  • Yes! Our Discovery Pass is a perfect way to try Ritual. For $99, you’ll enjoy one month of unlimited mat classes and six Reformer classes.

  • There are no hidden fees for memberships or Class Packs. Any applicable charges (like late cancellation fees) will be clearly communicated.

  • No, our current upcoming courses do not require any previous experience. We start from the fundamentals.

  • Yes, our program meets the standards for Yoga Alliance certification, allowing you to register as an RYT-200 upon completion.

  • Upon completion, you’ll receive a recognised Pilates Matwork Instructor certification, qualifying you to teach group and private mat classes.

  • The course includes two in-person training weekends, practical assessments, and additional hours for teaching practice, typically completed within six months.

  • The 200-hour program typically runs over a few months, with a mix of in-person training weekends, self-paced study, and practice teaching.

  • Attendance is crucial, but we understand emergencies happen. Missed days can often be made up through private sessions or future training dates—contact us for details.

  • Yes we offer payment plans for all of our courses. See here

  • Our Level 1 course focuses on Matwork. Additional training is required for Reformer certification, which we also offer, express your interest here.
