course requirements

  • 3 Days of In-Person Training (25 Contact Hours): From Friday February 14th to Sunday February 16th, you’ll participate in hands-on learning, interactive practice, and guided instruction in-studio.

  • 25 Barre Classes at Ritual

  • 20 Hours of In-Class Observation and Participation: Observe and join live classes to gain real-world insights from experienced instructors, exploring different Barre formats.

  • 5 Hours of Self-Study with Online Modules: Review foundational concepts, anatomy, and cueing techniques at your own pace through online modules.

  • Participants must have completed a prior Mat certification or plan to do so within the next 12-months.

You will have three months after the contact days to complete all course elements

Ines Cerboni

Inés is a passionate and experienced instructor in barre, yoga, and Pilates, originally from Barcelona and now based in Australia. She moved to Australia in 2015, where she immersed herself in her studies and completed her foundational training in all three disciplines.

With nine years of teaching experience, Inés has developed a unique teaching style that blends energy, creativity, and strength. Her classes are dynamic, challenging, and always leave students feeling great. Drawing on her extensive training, she combines elements of yoga, barre, and Pilates to create a well-rounded, full-body workout that keeps students engaged and motivated.

Inés is known for her ability to make each class both fun and effective, guiding her students through fluid movements that improve strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Inés' approach is to make every class accessible to all levels, ensuring that students feel supported, challenged, and confident in their practice.

Whether you're looking to improve your flexibility, build strength, or simply find a peaceful moment in your day, Inés’ classes provide the perfect balance of intensity and relaxation. Outside of teaching, Inés is dedicated to her own personal growth and continues to expand her knowledge in the fitness and wellness space. Her positive, vibrant energy and deep commitment to her students' well-being make her a favorite among those who attend her classes
