At Ritual Studios, we aim to provide a seamless and equitable experience for all clients. This policy ensures clarity and fairness in managing class bookings, cancellations, and attendance. Please review it carefully before engaging with our services.

This policy is subject to periodic updates to align with changes in our practices or regulations. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined here, designed to balance the interests of both Ritual Studios and our valued clients.

CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that life can be unpredictable. Thank you for respecting our strict 7 hour cancellation policy for all bookings. Cancellation or change requests received via email are not valid. All cancellations and changes must be managed online or via the app at least 7 hours prior to your booking.

  • Cancellations made after this window will be classified as late cancellations and incur a $15 fee for members and class pack holders will forfiet their credit.

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATIONS

  • Memberships will continue to automatically renew until cancelled.

  • Membership cancellations require three weeks notice and requests can be made by email to hello@ritualpalmbeach.com

ARRIVAL TIMES

Please arrive 5–15 minutes before class begins to allow sufficient time to check in, settle, and prepare for your session.

Late Arrivals:

  • Teachers will allow a grace period of 5 minutes after the scheduled start time.

  • After this, the door will be closed, and no latecomers will be admitted to minimise disruptions and ensure a high-quality experience for all participants.

CLASS PACK EXPIRY

Each class pack has a strict expiry date. Unused classes will expire if not redeemed within this timeframe. Extensions may be requested for a fee of $25 per month. A minimum extension period of one month applies.

REFUND POLICY

No refunds will be issued except in extenuating circumstances.

Retail sales: No refunds or exchanges on retail purchases, unless item is deemed faulty. No refunds will be issued due to change of mind or incorrect selection.

Service Sales: Refunds will be issued in case of a merchant processing error. Studio credits will be issued if the client has a change of mind. All requests must be submitted in writing to hello@ritualpalmbeach.com within 7 days of the sale date.

  • If you cannot attend a class, contact us at 0483 931 239 to discuss possible alternatives.

  • Refunds are not granted for unused classes or expired class packs.

PAYMENTS

Our studios are all cash-free. Please bring payment cards if necessary.
