In this special 90-minute session, Rose will guide you through:

• Pranayama (breathwork) – Explore breath techniques that regulate the nervous system, enhance mental clarity, and deepen your practice. Whether you’re new to pranayama or refining your technique, this is an opportunity to unlock its transformative power.

• Meditation – Settle into stillness with a guided meditation designed to cultivate awareness and inner peace. Rose will also share insights from her recent 10-day Vipassana retreat, offering wisdom on deep meditation and how to integrate it into daily life.

After the practice, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with Rose—ask questions, gain insights, and learn more about her journey, including her experience leading YTT and her reflections from Vipassana.
