Meditation For Self Healing

Harness the transformative power of meditation to develop your own self-healing capacity.

Suffering—whether physical, mental, or emotional—is a universal experience, and meditation offers a path to resolve it at the root. Meditation has the capacity to transform deep-seated patterns in the body and mind that contribute to chronic illness, pain, and suffering.

The key to using meditation as a therapeutic tool lies in first understanding how to develop your meditative abilities, and then, more importantly, learning how to apply them specifically to address challenges within your body and mind.

In this workshop, you will gain an understanding of meditation theory and then you will learn specific techniques and use them to treat your specific difficulty on the day. This workshop will be facilitated with gentle care and compassion, and with expert guidance at every step.
