Terry is a highly experienced Vinyasa and Yin yoga teacher with a deep appreciation for the practice’s transformative power. With formal training under esteemed teachers like Paul Grilley, Sarah Powers, Ashley Green, and Qigong Master Yang, Terry brings a rich and thoughtful approach to his classes.

His teaching style emphasises breath, present-mind awareness, and cultivating a deeper connection between body and mind. Terry’s sequences are thoughtfully crafted around foundational poses, targeting specific areas of the body while offering plenty of options for all body types in a functional and accessible way. His classes are nurturing, calming, and grounding—providing a space for students to feel supported in their practice.

Terry’s introduction to yoga began in the early 1970s, complementing his free-spirited lifestyle of surfing, living simply, and eating wholesome food. After a busy working life, yoga became his key to restoring his nervous system and maintaining mental and physical suppleness. Now, he approaches every day with immense gratitude and joy for the teachings and practice of yoga, continuing his lifelong journey of enlightenment.
