Rose is a dedicated and passionate meditation and yoga practitioner whose teaching is deeply rooted in the study and practice of Vipassana Meditation, Raja, and Hatha Yoga. With over 10,000 hours of formal yoga and meditation training and practice, Rose has committed her life to establishing herself the techniques and philosophy of yoga.
Currently, Rose is pursuing post-graduate studies in philosophy, with a focus on the intersection of Buddhist metaphysics and Western philosophy, further expanding her understanding and approach to yoga and meditation.
Her contemporary yoga and meditation teachers include renowned figures such as Rose Baudin, Jetsunma Tenzin Palmo, Satynārāyaṇ Goynkā, Donna Farhi, David Frawley, Dr. Robert Svaboda, Sally Kempton, Nevine Michaan, and Abbie Galvin. Her primary mentor, Rose Baudin, is a living embodiment of yoga’s teachings and has been a pivotal influence on Rose’s journey.
Rose facilitates Ritual's and other international Yoga Teacher Training Programs, along with specialised short courses in pranayama, meditation, and Ayurveda. She also teaches weekly Hatha Yoga, meditation, and Katonah Yoga classes at Ritual, the studio she co-founded in 2015 with her sister Sophie.
To support integration of of yoga philosophy into daily life for the wider community, Rose runs a monthly Yoga Philosophy Club, providing a space for deeper exploration and discussion of the philosophical aspects of yoga. She is also currently producing a film focused on yoga, aimed at bringing its transformative teachings to a broader audience.
In addition to yoga, Rose brings over a decade of experience practicing and teaching the Pilates method. She holds a diploma in classical Pilates and has also trained in contemporary Pilates, offering dynamic and functional classes that remain true to the method's core principles. Rose is deeply passionate about the transformative benefits of Pilates and strives to create holistic classes that nurture strength, flexibility, and overall well-being.
