Kate’s yoga classes are crafted to create a space for self-discovery and connection through mindful practice. With over a decade of teaching experience, her sessions encourage awareness and introspection, using the body’s physical sensations as a grounding anchor. Her classes are lighthearted and exploratory yet grounded in strength and purpose.

A registered acupuncturist and Chinese medicine practitioner, Kate artfully integrates Chinese medicine theories and dharma teachings into her yoga practice, adding depth and meaning to every session. Her passion for yin yoga runs deep, having studied with renowned teachers Paul and Suzee Grilley, Jo Phee, and Melanie McLaughlin.
