Alli has been practicing yoga for over a decade, making it a constant yet ever-evolving part of her life. She considers it a great privilege to share the practice with others and guide them on their own journey of movement and mindfulness.
With more than 500 hours of yoga training completed in India and Australia, Alli brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her teaching. As a remedial massage therapist and recent graduate of Ritual’s mat Pilates training, her classes are deeply informed by her passion for anatomy and physiology. She has a profound appreciation for how the body and mind respond to movement, breath, and meditation.
