Simone Gillespie
YOGA, MAT & REFORMER PILATES AND BARRE
Simone is a recreational athlete with years of experience participating in sporting events. Her journey into Yoga and Pilates began as a way to build strength and flexibility for competition but soon grew into a deep appreciation for their profound healing effects on the body and mind.
Since 2019, Simone has completed over 500 hours of Yoga training and 300 hours of Pilates training, specialising in mat, reformer, and barre. Her passion for teaching led her to leave a successful career in Civil Engineering in 2021 to pursue teaching Yoga and Pilates full-time.
Simone is dedicated to educating the community about the importance of self-care. Her classes are dynamic, functional, and supportive, designed to help people of all ages improve the health, longevity, and harmony of their bodies, hearts, and minds.
